Director Home and Foreign Affairs. Leader for HP's business across a portfolio of central government departments including Ministry of Justice, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Home Office and related agencies and bodies with an annual revenue of approximately £250m.

Director of Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Account, responsible for and managing all aspects of financial performance, growth, delivery and customer relationships for HP services to the MoJ, which includes systems in all prisons and critical Offender Assessment systems. This business has annual revenue of approximately £150m. 2008 - 2010 Director for Defence Support, responsible for HP services to MOD business functions, including Logistics, The Service Personnel and Veterans Agency (SPVA) and military recruiting and training. This business generated an annual revenue of £156m. It supports critical and high visibility functions in the MOD, including logistics operations in Afghanistan and payroll for all the Armed Services.

Various Programme Management and divisional management roles culminating as UK Board member with Profit and Loss responsibility for the £100m revenue in the Financial Services market sector. All activities of Cap Gemini were covered by the division, including delivery of the complete portfolio of services: outsourcing, systems development, consultancy, account management and sales.

Ciberion was a Joint Venture between CGEY and BAT created to provide CRM solutions to clients in the consumer goods market. Seconded to Ciberion as Chief Operations Officer responsible for the delivery of all Ciberion's services, including consultancy, development, integration, implementation and live system support.

Responsibility for all of Cap Gemini's business in the region. The principal offices were in Singapore and Hong Kong with branches and projects in a number of other countries. Management responsibility for approximately 350 people, with an annual turnover of approximately £35m. Full responsibility for all aspects of business management. Led the company in Asia to profitability for the first time ever and met budgets and forecasts and achieved the highest book-to-bill (sales:revenue) ratio of any division within the group, by focusing on key offers and clients.; roles within the Consulting and Projects Division
