The Division is responsible for conducting joint military engagements on the African continent with the regional African Forces, African Partner Nations, and select European militaries to facilitate training opportunities in austere environments for US forces. Exercise training objectives were designed to promote interoperability between multiple forces from different countries to include Air Forces, Armies, Navies, Coast Guards, National Police, with different levels of professionalism.

Position was designed for conducting strategic analysis, developing and providing the best military advice on a broad range of pol-mil issues to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Conduct the Chairman’s Joint Assessment Survey. Coordinate with Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, Services, Combatant Commanders and U.S. Government agencies.

Position was designed to develop strategies, plans and policy for Army Reserve international engagements, the Army Campaign plan and the Army Security Cooperation Plan. Coordinate with the Secretary of the Army-level policy matters for the Army Reserve Forces Policy Committee

Position provides strategic planning and communication support to the Director, synchronizing information with the Chief of Staff of the Army and Operations Initiatives Groups. Assist in writing Congressional testimony and the Army Posture Statement

Position was designed to extend recapitalization of aging reserve centers by analyzing reserve military personnel movement within the U.S. and supervising facility remodel by updating design, electrical, force protection, space utilization.

Position was designed to provide a training environment that facilitated learning for cadre and cadets. Ensured all cadets were prepared for National Leadership Advance Camp by conducting training to standards with proper resourcing, planning and coordination for field training exercises and classroom instruction.

I also served in the Human Resources Department as a HR Generalist and in the Sales Department as an Account Executive.
