As a Computer Science undergraduate at CUNY, I've honed my expertise in API and full-stack development. My most recent role as a Lead Backend Developer Intern at FairCaribe entailed constructing Django backend infrastructure and implementing robust database systems. Core competencies in backend development are complemented by my experience in designing and deploying web services APIs, particularly RESTful services.At The Grove School of Engineering, my work focused on developing HIPE, a comprehensive web application for managing undergraduate research internships. Here, I contributed to creating a dynamic user experience using Django alongside HTMX and Alpine.js. My role involved not only technical development but also actively participating in team discussions, aligning with our shared goal of enhancing application security and fostering a collaborative research community.
