Below details my main responsibilities and achievements in the Project Assurance Team:• Organized and facilitated Class of Facility Quality sessions for project groups to establish the degree of quality needed for the project and to determine project drivers; this resulted in a deliverable that aligned and clarified business objectives and stakeholder expectations between operations, the project team, and the management team and was used in decisions regarding the design basis and scope of work moving forward.• Organized and facilitated Constructability Review sessions for project groups to identify and examine opportunities to improve the design as it affects construction efficiency; this resulted in a deliverable that outlined action items that simplified the construction effort and aligned stakeholder on expectations - mainly between the project team, procurement, construction, and operations prior to construction.• Worked collaboratively with project teams to systematically select and strategically plan the implementation of VIPs that added value throughout the project lifecycle; this resulted in a deliverable integrated in the project execution plan that outlined clear accountabilities, timing, resources required, and justification on implementing VIPs.• Organized and facilitated Post-Project Reviews to identify project gaps and positive learnings; improving the future performance of projects via statistical analysis of business units' strengths/weaknesses in project planning and execution. Below details my main responsibilities and achievements in the Thermal Development Team:• Worked with geologists, land analysts, and reservoir/development engineers to compile reserve evaluations for 2 large, future thermal projects; booking over 90,000 Mbbls of contingent resources and presenting the evaluations to the Corporate Reserves and Resources Group.• Developed economic models for investment/sensitivity analysis on the future development of thermal assets; evaluating the economic profitability and risks associated with building 1 Central Processing Facility or 2 Central Processing Facilities, with sensitivities using varying Brent prices and contingent reserves for use in long-range planning.• Conducted a business case analysis for the potential development of the Dee Valley West Thermal asset; determining the profitability of specific land elements based on reservoirs and reserves data to assist in land negotiations.• Prepared regulatory application and responses such as annual progress reports and royalty credit applications for a thermal facility, and supported the analysis of cement bond logs and survey of abandoned wells for thermal assets; these responsibilities contributed to regulatory compliance in operating thermal facilities and supported the well abandonment program.• Designed and maintained an internal thermal dashboard to show and track production of each thermal asset; this allowed myself to analyze and forecast overall production trends to track and inform management via reports on production forecasts to make data-driven decisions on operating strategies moving forward.
