Freedom Cup is a non-profit that is dedicated to serving couple's in the adoption process. Profits are also given to orphanages around the world, specifically Ethiopia and the Philippines. Our Coffee comes from a company called Just Love Coffee and supports Humanitarian efforts for clean water and adoption. My duties as manager are to train new team members on SOP for the front and back of the house, Open and Close the store, inventory, educate clients on food allergies, market to new business, and instill a strong work ethic in our employees.
