Through my various employment, I have used my communication skills to easily understand the pain points of a project/organization and then identified solutions that meet stakeholders objectives.As an avid learner, I completed my MBA to deepen my understanding of business operations and team relationships. I believe this has allowed me to identify more areas for optimization and development.I also enjoy helping others achieve their potential whether it be through coaching baseball, teaching or tutoring.
