- Manage over 20 Fluency Direct customers in successfully deploying a speech recognition product and maintaining user satisfaction by meeting needs at both an administrative and end user levels-Partner with key stakeholders from the implementation phase to go live and continued to provide support and optimization solutions after project closure- Collaborate with various teams internally including different levels of support, development, and product management in order to provide customer solutions- Appointed to manage all accounts under one of M*Modal’s most valuable, nationwide customers and have since tripled their user base with our product over a one year period- Train end users and support staff on Fluency Direct through at-the-elbow lessons and classroom presentations either remotely or in person- Provided input in UX design meetings based on my product expertise and exposure to a dozen EMR systems and various physician workflows- Involved in several aspects of implementation including requirements gathering, workflow optimization, testing, client and user configuration, training, and post go live support- Managed Fluency Direct projects from implementation phase to go live and continued to provide support by being their primary point of contact after project closure- Assist sales team in providing product demonstrations and help communicate benefits to customer stakeholders and end user based on extensive field knowledge

- Delivered on-site support to over a dozen practices who were transitioning from an outdated paper system to implementing Epic electronic medical record system- Contributed in team handoff meetings before and after implementation to ensure a smooth transition and that we met the sites’ needs or concerns- Educated healthcare professionals on how to effectively utilize their new electronic healthcare system to properly chart and meet organizational expectations- Analyzed data to ensure practices were utilizing the system properly and meeting mandated meaningful use goals
