Teach and preach across all churches and locations within the network approximately thirty to thirty six times per year.Provide coaching, mentorship, supervisory, and pastoral support for Lead Location Pastors at Torrey Pines Church, Venice Church, Imperial Beach Church, Playas Church, and Rolando Church, with additional supervisory assistance provided for English and Spanish speaking congregations at EastLake Church in Chula Vista. In conjunction with the lead pastor, implement vision and strategy for staff, including teams in adult ministry/engagement, worship, production, online and digital offerings, communications and marketing, pastoral care, and kids and students (next generation) ministry across all locations and congregations. Supervised and administered Technology and Music Production Department, including all aspects of computing and other information technology services, audio recording, and educational technology for the University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music. Supervised and directed staff of eight full-time audio engineers and information technology staff and twenty student workers.
