Managed implementation of PMO within a mid-size cyber security firm. Facilitated annual strategic planning efforts and aligned company, department, and individual goals while driving accountability. - Technical Analyst in the Policy and Program Analysis Division of the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI), an FFRDC operated by Analytic Services (dba ANSER) on behalf of DHS. - Focus on programs, operations, and policy across areas including but not limited to: aviation security, terrorism, intelligence, border security, IT acquisition, and cybersecurity.- Trained and capable of extensive statistical modeling and simulation tools/methods in support of qualitative and quantitative policy and operations research.- Conducted supply chain analytics and alternatives analyses for an operating model for the U.S. and international military services' Joint Strike Fighter (F-35).

- Studied social movement theory, terrorism recruitment and contention tactics; more specifically, transnational terrorist networks in the Middle East and the situations that lead groups and individuals to engage in political or social movements (violent or otherwise).- Employed formal modeling (game theory) to determine recruitment and radicalization strategies of targets by militant/terrorist organizations.- Expertise in the use of suicide bombing as a tactic by militant organizations, evaluating its effectiveness and cost as a tactic of contention by these groups against states populations or armed forces.

Worked on a DOD Minerva-funded project entitled "Mapping Militant Organizations," which provides group profile and graphic representation of extremist militant activity in specific countries.
