• Led strategic efforts to expand energy-focused financing offerings to the clean transportation sector, particularly for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and medium and heavy-duty (MHD) EVs• Developed comprehensive electric school bus (ESB) total cost of ownership financial model and authored written comments in response to Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority docket on MHD EV charging• Collaborated with senior staff to pursue $130M request from the EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to support ESB deployment in Connecticut environmental justice communities

- Served as the WGA policy lead for issues related to energy, electric vehicles, water, agriculture, and air quality. - Directed Oregon Governor Brown’s Electric Vehicles Roadmap Initiative, her signature project as WGA Chair in 2020-21. Authored the Initiative Report and facilitated the development of an MOU between nine western governors to support the effective deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. - Developed WGA’s first policy resolution on Broadband Connectivity. Worked with congressional committees to advance governors’ policy priorities.- Managed the update process for WGA’s policy resolutions on Energy, Air Quality, Water Quality, Water Resource Management, Agriculture, and National Parks.
