In collaboration with colleagues and teams specializing in various sub-disciplines, I consult with clients on the tax implications of acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings - we look at potential risk of under-accrued cash tax liability, future tax controversy, usefulness of tax attributes (e.g., credits, losses) and the short- and long-term implications of tax structuring.
