As a founding member of the Agribusiness Operations team at Nationwide I was able to leverage my interpersonal skills with creative problem solving to establish a support team of 5 individuals who have successfully managed to provide assistance in a wide range of duties for a team of approximately 180 agribusiness claims professionals. Our work is varied and covers a range of skills from simple data entry to detailed problem solving, including tracking licensing, dispatching, running financial reports and a myriad of other tasks such as navigating MSP for our workers compensation associates. I am a lifelong learner, embrace challenges as well as change, and actively seek out opportunities for process improvements.
