My professional journey began in a warehouse role where I cultivated invaluable skills in effective communication and problem-solving. Seeking a career change, I transitioned into the role of an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, starting my career at Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry. Initially a family-owned business with four locations, it expanded to ten offices during my stay with me being responsible for training other dental assistants for those locations in need. During this period, I acquired a diverse skill set including data analysis, economic understanding, financial accounting, business management, negotiation, leadership, emotional intelligence, instructional design, networking, and customer service.Driven by a passion to establish my own business, I dedicated substantial personal time to self-education via online resources, particularly focusing on sales and marketing strategies. I firmly believe that success in life does not necessitate a traditional college education; therefore, beyond my Dental Assistant school program, my knowledge and expertise have been primarily self-directed and experiential.This journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategic development, positioning me to excel in roles that demand a blend of entrepreneurial acumen and practical industry experience.
