Working in a fast-paced environment of constantly changing circumstances, direction, and strategy, I led a team of four account managers in executing an annual employee training program, which included: LMS website development, Learning/training modules, Program Manuals and playbooks, Subject Matter Expert, Data Analysis/measurement and development of business relationships. Managed annual budgets over $2M each year. Key Contributions include:- Shaped Learning methodologies and implemented training programs that best suited the learner whether they be a manager, associate, or new hire; including impactful micro-learning segments for targeted learning moments and confidence quiz assessment and coaching.- Responsible for establishing team roles that used individual skillsets more effectively. By empowering team members to contribute using their strongest attributes I was able to mentor and help them develop in a dynamic, and growing company.- Presented to client a future-state vision for their program that was supported with data driven analysis. Maintained and developed communication and support materials including Module schema, Asset storyboards, Content for the Learning Management System (LMS) website, Conceptual training posters, Program Manuals, Playbooks, and Incentive-based products. Worked closely with creative staff, photographers, models, print and incentive vendors to meet tight timelines. Operated within assigned budgets. Key Contributions include: - Investigated competing LMS systems and produced a SWAT analysis for client to present to the VP of Asset Protection at The Home Depot.- Reported and analyzed campaigns results for participation and performance to Senior Directors. Provided recommendations to improve current training delivery methods.- Developed training proposals and curated monthly training modules for Safety, Loss Prevention, Environmental, Cashier, and Merchandise Execution teams across North America. - Negotiated pricing with vendors to meet budgetary requirements.

Planned and delivered employee awareness training programs for companies including Loblaw, LCBO, Publix, Hudson Bay Company, The Home Depot, and AMEX, which included Learning Management System (LMS) website development, Learning/training modules, Poster concepts, Manager talks, Calendars, Program Manuals and Playbooks. Key Contributions include: - Executed budgets worth over $5M across a broad range of industry segments each year.- Implemented work flow and timeline process for production department to better manage demanding workloads in an organized and efficient manner. - Planned and implemented companies first custom LMS, specifically designed for The Home Depot client, which made data easier to access, measure and analyze.
