Chief Human Capital Officer for the United States European Command (EUCOM), a geographic combatant command with an AOR spanning 51 countries. Principal staff advisor to the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, and flag officer Directors on all matters pertaining to the formulation, justification, and the execution of personnel policy. Primary command liaison with OSD, JCS, CSLMO, CHRA and other service component commands on all human resource issues and. Responsible to ensure EUCOMs effective participation in Joint manpower and personnel processes. Lead, train, and develop a staff of 64 military and civilian employees to accomplish all human resource missions for the command. Bottom line, lead the EUCOM Manpower and Personnel directorate to provide transparent, inclusive, and intensely collaborative resource management practices for the Command.

Commander of a Reception Battalion consisting of seven companies. Responsible for the reception, staging and integration of more than 33,000 per year (from all three compos for IN/AR One Station Unit Training, Basic Combat Training and JAG Direct Commissioning Program). Responsible for the synchronization of support from 36 installation support agencies that begin the transformation from Civilians to Soldiers. Responsible for managing an organization that exudes the greatest first impression of the Army for new Soldiers; ensuring the use of the most efficient methods available to process, rehabilitate and separate trainees. Develops Cadre and company-level leaders to become more effective in their profession by teaching, training and mentoring. Provide and demonstrate inspired leadership, professionalism and care for Soldiers, Cadre and Families while supporting our Army. Operates in a positive command climate of teamwork, discipline, high standards, Army Values and Safety. Effectively manages a $2.4 million operating budget.

Division-level G-1 for the Maneuver Center of Excellence; a two star Headquarters responsible for producing our Army's Infantry and Armor Soldiers and Leaders. Responsible for providing timely and accurate human resource (HR) support that efficiently updates HR systems and trains HR personnel. Interacts with the Department of Army, Human Resources Command, TRADOC, and the Soldier Support Institute on matters pertaining to human resource policies, procedures, and services. Special focus is on personnel accounting database accuracy and developing solutions to systemic challenges locally and at the Department of the Army. Serves as the senior HR planner and principal advisor to the CG and customer organizations on HR procedures and as the senior mentor to the MCoE, Brigade, and Battalion-level HR organizations.
