I’ve worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 20 years, I am an integral part of the design and construction phases of a broad range of Civil Engineering projects that have helped and continue to help cities and municipalities grow, upgrade and improve their communities.I work both in the office utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D and other various computer aided programs to design detailed plan sets, and in the field doing construction observation to make sure the plans and specifications are being followed and executed by the contractors on the municipalities' behalves. I also document work progress through daily logs and photo logs, while keeping quantities of work completed so monthly pay estimates can be generated.I truly enjoy working with our company's various clients and cities throughout Kansas and now Nebraska, making sure their projects are implemented smoothly and successfully - whether it be through the design and construction of new nitrate removal water treatment plants, upgrading municipalities' water and sewer systems, revitalizing cities' downtown streetscapes, or designing new sidewalks and hike/bike trails to provide children and adults opportunities for exercise and travel to and from schools safely.I also take pride in the relationships I’ve built with so many different cities, their employees and the residents of the communities I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
