We engage in business transactions, real estate matters, construction law, estate planning, debtor / creditor work, and litigation involving the foregoing matters. I have extensive experience in the equipment finance industry, specifically related to Uniform Commercial Codes Article 2 (Sales), 2A (Finance Leases) and 9 (Secured Transactions), and I authored and presented “Commercial Equipment Leasing: a survey of legal issues from the first payment to the last.”

Source and place equipment leasing transactions. Manage a portfolio of small-ticket equipment leases. Perform credit analysis, evaluation, and recommendation, and ultimately structure all lease transactions. We source, fund and service our portfolio from funding to term. Trouble-shoot delinquent accounts, and manage litigation, bankruptcy, and asset recovery. Perform all inside accounting functions, including the compilation of GAAP compliant financial statements. Monitor lessee tax and insurance compliance. Developed the American Leasefund, Inc. business plan in 1997-1999, promoted it, and secured preferred bank lines of credit.
