I handled the entire work flow process for all orders for several global accounts. From the time the orders were entered into oracle to when they were delivered, installed, and invoiced. I also took care of many other tasks for the global account managers that I worked with. Running reports, working on quarterly strategy updates, processing move requests, etc.

I was responsible for generating leads for our outside sales reps. I normally averages 100 leads per month with at least five of those leads leading to sales.
