In my current position, I have continued to use fMRI and electrophysiology to explore the neural basis of depth perception. The image below shows a summary of some recent results. My primary research technique shifted to fMRI at the onset of my previous position, with goals of targeting a cyclopean stereomotion (CSM) area for electrophysiology and broader work on localizing distinct eye movement areas. More recently, I have moved back into extracellular recording to complete the CSM project and, in combination with muscle.
