I’ve built and managed successful fashion businesses, from high-performing CMT operations in the UK and Turkey to partnering with major brands like ASOS, Arcadia, and Boohoo Group.I’ve been involved in every aspect of the production process—sourcing fabrics, designing, manufacturing, and overseeing quality control and logistics. This work has taken me across global markets, including the UK, Turkey, Romania, China, and Morocco, and has helped me build an extensive network of reliable suppliers and partners.As the founder of several companies, including Ventura Clothing, Made in London Clothing, Stitchland, and Ventura Turkey Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti., I have gained valuable experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing production workflows that meet both high-quality standards and tight deadlines. I also founded Chekani and Lavaand, where I was involved in every step from design to merchandising.Working with brands like ASOS, Boohoo, Urban Outfitters, and Arcadia has been a major part of my career. One of my favourite projects was helping ASOS launch their ASYOU collection, taking it from concept to market in under a month. This experience taught me a lot about the balance of quality, speed, and creativity that today’s fashion brands need.Sustainability and ethical production are at the core of my work. I’ve ensured compliance with standards like Sedex and Fast Forward, striving for responsible practices in every part of production. I believe that fashion should be both beautiful and responsible.I love the challenge of finding creative solutions—whether it’s reducing lead times, minimizing waste, or improving quality.
