Iam currently enrolled at NWTC for its Business Management program for my Associates Degree. Once I graduate I will be going on to most likely UWGB to go after my Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and ill be emphasizing in Supply Chain. I currently work at Schreiber Foods as a Lead Line Advisor of operations. I oversee the production lines for our processed cheese line as well as our plant base lines as well. I oversee about 40-50 people on my shift as well and help them with anything they need in the day to day operations on the floor. My ultimate goal is to go into the Supply Chain Industry and advance my career in that field.

  I've been with the company for over 8 years, but I 'am currently a Lead Line Advisor of Operations at Schreiber Foods, I deal with overseeing the operation line for our processed cheese line as well as our plant based shred line. We are currently launching a new plant based slice and cream cheese line as well, so I will also being overseeing the operations of those lines as well. I also oversee all of the partners on the floor running the equipment for those lines as well and helping them in there needs or concerns as well as pushing some of them to try to build themselves a better career. I also deal with doing LOTO training and training partners on things like SSOPs and standard work practices.
