As a Co-founder of The Bracket Project, I am leading the operations of this initiative, having already secured essential support and funding. The Bracket Project, is a mobile application engineered to address the pervasive issue of loneliness within vast institutional ecosystems, with a primary focus on universities and professional organisations. Its foundation rests upon an advanced AI-driven psychological affinity-based group formation algorithm. Currently, our project is synchronised across six universities, strategically positioned for a 2025 launch.

Basel, Switzerland

During this 7-week internship, I was engaged in a project focused on the ground-up redevelopment of the company's intranet system. This involved interdepartmental testing, restructuring the information architecture, and building and presenting functional prototypes. My project contributed to the company's larger digitalisation efforts, which are part of a broader industry-wide shift towards digital innovation. This provided me with firsthand insight into the evolving nature of work and dynamics of organisational transformation.

The Venture Incubator, a five-month component of the Data-Driven Entrepreneurship programme, provided me with an incredible opportunity to learn from industry experts, mentors, and fellow participants. The program's resources and seminars enabled me to develop a strong foundation in various areas, such as product development, intellectual property licensing and data management.

During the summer, I had the opportunity to work at swisspartners Advisors: a U.S. SEC registered investment adviser. I was able to gain valuable insight into the financial market and its investment opportunities and strategies. I followed how investment ideas are sourced - from a “top-down” to a “bottom-up” approach - up to the approval and selection process.
