Stracor is a General Contractor and Construction Manager serving the ICI sector specializing in LHI's, accommodation alterations, building upgrades and repairs, and capital improvements of any size, complexity and sensitivity. Stracor has been built using my 17 years of experience as project and program director on the Owner's side of the table. I understand the requirements of the people, projects and programs better than most and can offer our services to better benefit the needs of the client, end users and buildings. Through more than 37 years of work experience, I understand project deliverables, facility management, operations and maintenance, close-outs and commissioning, scheduling, and change and financial management. We pick well suited PMs and train them to think like an Owner or Engineer as much as a Contractor to ensure positive outcomes.Stracor has built steadily and smartly in the last 10 years to expand our capacity, our experience and our service offerings to handle any type of building renovation and upgrade, and have added additions and new construction to our repertoire. Stracor has grown from three to 18 professional staff since 2004, completing $25M in projects annually throughout southern Ontario. We handle projects from $5K to $10M ensuring that the client and the work is managed with skill, enthusiasm and diligence to make sure all are well satisfied with their completed project and the level of service we gave them. Nothing says more about the quality we provide than the number of repeat customers we have and the 90% success rate on pre-qualifications due to positive references and work completed.H&S is also of paramount importance to Stracor and our clients, so, we have become certified Alcumus Program (Contractor Check) and are IHSA H&S accredited. These will help ensure that our procedures and practices are compliant, safe, efficient and serve our staff and clients appropriately.

Manage annual project progam of $150M in capital repairs/improvements, leasehold improvements, and accommodation alterations in southern and southwest Ontario. Included managing offices in Toronto, London and the Queen's Park Complex with a staff compliment of 50 including 20 PMs. Design Services, Procurement Services and Tenant Improvement / Capital Repair Programs were directed as service manager for the Ontario Realty Corporation (now Infrastructure Ontario). Worked in cooperation and coordination with ProFac's Facility Management Group and Finance Branch, ORC and Ministries and Agencies to deliver projects in government owned and leased properties from Windsor to Orillia to Oshawa.

Project Manager on two major casino initiatives - Casino Rama Renovation and Expansion (40,000 s.f. expansion to casino - restaurants, poker room, back of house, upgrades ecurity, renovate existing space, expand parking lot, add bus depot, build hotel and entertainment facility) and Great Blue Heron Casino Expansion (add 70,000 s.f. including playing areas, slot renovation, construct new back of house, restaurant, front entrance and casino offices, and parking lot expansion). Project values were $210M and $26M respectively.

Manage major projects as part of the Project Management Division. Projects included Oshawa Courts Consolidation ($5.4M), Ontario Police Training Academy Dormitory Renovations ($3.7M), Ministry of Labour / Ministry of Tourism and Trade Consolidations ($7.7M), and Queen's Park Complex Life Safety Upgrade ($4.2M).

Held several positions including construction supervisor, project manager, construction/technical coordinator, program manager, and manager of construction. The last position, manager of construction, managed portfolio of projects in the downtown core of Toronto including Queen's Park, Toronto Courts, Osgoode Hall, Centre of Forensics, Bloor Street Corridor Buildings, and the York Youth Detention Centre valued at $60M anually with a staff of 11 project managers.
