    Kevin Torres is currently the digital architect for the Mobility and Training Aircraft Directorate.From September 2021 to April 2022 he served as T-7A avionics chief engineer.From Feb 2020 to Aug 2021 he was C-17 avionics chief engineer. He is responsible for the development and fielding of new avionics capabilities on C-17 Globemaster III. This includes replacement of SATCOM communications for Inmarstat's future road map.From Sept 2015 to Jan 2020 he was an Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineer on the Joint Strike Fighter Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He served as the lead EW engineer for foreign military sales. He successfully transition technology from DARPA to F-35. Prior to that he was responsible for developing the Block 4 EW requirements.From Jan 2014 - Sept 2015 he was subject matter expert, 577th Software Maintenance Squadron, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. He was responsible for planning and developing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance projects for Air Force Distributed Common Ground Station.Prior to that Mr. Torres was a subject matter expert for EW Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Branch of the EW and Avionics Division, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Branch is the Air Force lead for management of fifteen electronic warfare systems supporting 30 countries. Programs include radar warning receivers, radio frequency jammers, missile warning systems, and flare & chaff dispensers.Completed Civilian Acculturation and Leadership Training (CALT)
