Junior Real-Time Engineer Support (Global Support)
CurrentGlobal Support is Petrolink project that handle more than one big client such as Hess (Malaysia and US), Repsol Indonesia, ExxonMobil, OilServ, etc.The job description are :- Responsible for support any clients in Global Support. Supporting Global Support project with 4 to 5 rigs and configure real-time data with rig crew. - Troubleshot data and service issue based on client report or Internal system alerts. Analysis and do problem solving with teams when encounter issues.- Make sure the data from rig are received in Petrolink’s internal system.- Handled and adjust client’s new request on Petrolink’s services.
