We receive texts and chats through NSPL from around the country and we attempt to access safety and provide coping strategies to keep the visitor safe for now. Sometimes we do refer to 211 for additional resources.

I am in training to be a 211 Text/chat crisis counselor who connects clients with resources that are appropriate for their situation.
