I am a IT professional specializing in network Connectivity. I started over 20 years ago in the Army reserve. I was asked to upgrade over 100 computers. Being the type of person I am not just wanting to change parts. I got several books and started reading to learn more. Within a year, I was responsible for all of the reserve unit computers in the command through Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. My most recent job was with CH2M HILL Inc. I started working for CH2M HILL Inc in 1998 as a PC technician for the St. Louis office. I quickly jumped into the network administration role and became the Regional Network Manager for the Northeast region of the US. Over the years CH2M HILL Inc has went through several restructures and formed an Operations Systems Management which I was offered a position in and accepted. The newly formed team was responsible for Day-to-Day operations and implementations of all network and server implementation for North America. Since then I have been helping my wife to start a furniture refinishing and interior design company. I also, started to work on my Cisco certification and set-up a home lab complete with Routers, Switches and Firewall to assist in my studies.
