My name is Kevin Whitton and I have over twenty-three years of experience in food and beverage. I have worked in and managed high-volume restaurants and bars as both a General Manager and as an Executive Chef. I am an extremely hard-working, flexible, and highly adaptive person. I am passionate about making delicious, high-quality food as well as providing an amazing guest experience. In addition, I have a depth of experience in the hiring and training of employees, setting-up and maintaining relationships with vendors, sourcing, and ordering of products, purchasing and maintaining equipment, cost control, labor control, sound P&L knowledge, catering large events, sound knowledge of Excel, Focus, Square, Toast, and Aloha, creating profitable menus, creating scratch recipes, creating and implementing standards and practices, and the experience of opening multiple restaurant concepts.
