I use Microsoft SQL Server database tools and the LearnShare Learning Management System to pro-vide troubleshooting and support services to users of the LearnShare systems and our vendor-provided learning content. I serve as a tier-2 resource for other Support Staff who provide the same service.

I specialize in the creation of points of integration between LearnShare systems and outside vendor courseware.

Bersin is a company that analyzes businesses, identifies best practices and coaches businesses in how to improve on what they do in order to maximize Customer Satisfaction, and, therefore, profits. As a part of this process, we ask individuals within a company to complete surveys so that we know their current practices and are able to recommend improvement opportunities. There are subject matter experts who would compose the surveys in a word processor and identify the metrics used in evaluating the answers provided. That information was then handed off to me so that the surveys can be built using online survey tools like SurveyMonkey or Vovici. Once a survey window closed, I compiled and collated the data and handed it off to the analysts who interpreted what had been collected so that recommendations could be made.

I was a computer operator for United Airlines. I worked in their datacenter where I interfaced with vari-ous Unix-based midrange and mainframe computers as well as IBM mainframes. i was responsible for a variety of peripheral devices like high capacity IBM and Unisys printers, tape drives, and microfilm production systems. I was also responsible for the proper execution of the daily backup process.

After spending a year in Technical Sales, I was promoted to the Outside Sales team where I was re-sponsible for the ordering process, the logistics of systems configuration and delivery of the product shipment to the customer. I was also responsible for interfacing with the customer to manage these orders so that the account managers were free to generate new business.

My primary responsibility involved the operation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment that was used in the field to provide clean drinking and shower water, laundry facilities and electricity. We also created and managed distribution systems for both water and electrical supply in a field command post.As MIMS Clerk, I was responsible for managing the maintenance and repair schedules of all the above equipment, facilitating parts ordering and coordinating inventory and staging operations for equipment that resided at our facility.
