Responsible for generating a consistent revenue stream for Adayana through personal selling and account development, developing effective sales strategies and plans and providing guidance, coaching and leadership to a team of Business Development Managers. Anticipate and uncover project opportunities, negotiate service agreements with clients, and assist in the design, development, and delivery of services which address client needs.• Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance and managerial support to Senior Business Development Managers to accomplish individual and team sales goals.• Manage cash flow and budgeted sales expenses.• Achieve individual and team selling, prospecting, and account management goals with assigned accounts.• Effectively discover, accurately interpret and fully match client needs to Adayana’s business solutions.• Ensure that Adayana projects meet/exceed the expectations of clients.• Monitor, track and achieve individual and team sales volume and progress.
