Current role responsibilities entail strategy, business development, and leadership of the marketing, communications, product, client services, and data analytics for the distribution team of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. I returned to U.S. Bank in 2011 to start the revenue program office (RPO) - a small team dedicated to driving collaboration and go-to-market strategy across our Investment Services business lines. Working closely with the frontline client facing relationship managers and business development officers, we generated over 1,200 referrals and $20 million in incremental revenue over a 5 year period. In addition to driving revenue initiatives, I took the lead on several divisional cross-business line projects. Highlights include new product launches and client portal development. In 2016, I was asked to assume the lead of a new enterprise role in charge of process improvement for the wealth management and investment services division. Responsibilities included building a new team to work closely with the senior leaders across the business lines to identify process improvement projects in aggregate value of $50 million.

Recruited to lead the build out of the sales desk for the start-up private bank at Morgan Stanley. I had the privilege to build a team of 17 private bankers and associates, providing remote coverage to more than 300 offices of Morgan Stanly advisors across the country. We primarily distributed securities backed lines of credit and mortgages to high net worth clients. My responsibilities expanded to include leadership of both the New York and Charlotte sales desks. The short tenure was a result of a company decision to close the Charlotte office. I was offered a relocation, but chose to accept severance and remain in Charlotte. I obtained my FINRA series 7, 24, and 63 within 90 days of employment.

I began my career in a branch manager training program with First Union in Miami, FL. After two years in the branch network, I accepted a promotion that brought me to Charlotte, NC, and provided me with my first management opportunity as a sales team lead in the call center. I lead a team of licensed financial specialists (FINRA series 6 & 63) responsible for selling deposit products, equity loans and lines of credits, and retail investment products. First Union merged with Wachovia in 2001. After completing my MBA in 2004, I transitioned into the Institutional Trust & Custody group as a relationship manager. Wachovia divested the Institutional Trust & Custody and Corporate Trust lines of business in 2006, which brought me to U.S. Bank, grandfathering my original hire date from First Union. Between 2006 and 2010, my role expanded through promotions from relationship management, to business development, to a senior leader role as a regional manager. Responsibilities included the selling, marketing, and servicing of institutional trust and custody and asset management products to an institutional client base (B2B).
