It all started with “Take Your Kid to Work Day.” When I was about 9, my dad worked for the NHL league office so it was a dream come true to tag along and check out all the cool stuff and even come home with some trading cards and hockey memorabilia. Little did I know, that day sparked a passion in me that would shape my future. In 2007, my father launched Prodigy Search. At the time I didn’t quite understand what he was building – a Sports Executive Search, Marketing, and Consulting firm - and explored my own path during my early years in college. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University’s Business School with a concentration in Marketing, which I delved into with a few internships, but I was always drawn back to the Mission of Prodigy Search. We are an Executive Recruiting firm but unlike many others, we are out to build relationships not make transactions.
