- Accurately review several corporations, partnership, individual, Section501(c)(3), federal and local tax returns with corresponding workpapers.- Review Income Tax Provision on an annual and quarterly basis.- Preparation of research memorandums and written guidance regarding duediligence or client’s tax issues.

- Preparation of corporate, fiduciary, gift, individual, partnership, IRC Section 501(c)(3), and Incentive Organization (Act 20, 73 and 74) state and federal tax returns, including preparation of work papers and lead sheets.- Preparation of VOB and property tax returns.- Preparation of tax projections and related estimated payments, analyze client information and offer recommendations for reducing client tax liabilities.- Perform tax research and follow changes to tax regulations and law.- Assist general administrative functions of the Tax Department.- Assist with other Firm accounting projects as needed.

- Respond to clients inquiries and resolve State and Local tax notices and Internal Revenue Service.-Perform registration and cease of operations of clients with the PR Treasury, Municipalities, and other governmental agencies.

- Preparation of individual, corporate and property state and federal tax returns.

- Reconciliation of clients revenue and expenses, and ensured accuracy and completeness.- Compile and analyze financial transactions to ensure they match provided detailed records.- Preparation of State property tax returns- Team leader of client's inventory observation
