FPV & Galíndez, LLC was created as a Professional Service Corporation on December of 2007, as the result of a merger between FPV & CO., PSC and Galíndez CPA Group, PSC. Both practices had been recognized among the top echelon in Puerto Rico, creating a perfect synergy for all parties. Later, on February 2013, the audit and tax practice managed by certified public accountants Rafael Nieves, Kenneth Rivera and Áxel Ramírez became part of our firm. The addition of these three professionals, along with their associates, produced an exponential expansion of our service menu and grew our knowledge base by leaps and bounds.
