As a main Board Director for both the Dodd Group and SPI Group (now npower), I have played a major role in driving sustainable growth across large staff populations and millions of pounds in profits and revenues, for more than two decades. My primary focus has centred on social housing, commercial maintenance and significant installations for major public and private sector clients. It is this level of credibility and experience, together with deep commercial and contractual understanding that has complemented the Orton Group Board, since 2011. With direct accountability for headhunting and coaching top talent, I have positively impacted the substantial growth of the company from revenues of £690K on joining the business in 2010, to be on target for a turnover of £12M by Q1, 2016.
