Architectural Project Manager
Current• Provides construction management and other associated construction contract administration services for various projects including directing work of consultants, answering requests for information, processing progress payments, and processing change orders • Provides direction and staff, developers, consultants, and contractors regarding projects. • Reviewing construction documents and the interpretation and application of local Municipality codes and ordinances • Review and coordinated project schedule with internal team and consultants• Responsible for independent decisions requiring technical judgment, answering request for information, processing change orders and progress payment• Inspects in-progress and completed projects and makes recommendations to designee as needed • Resolves construction related problems, disputes and compliance issues • Prepares and completes various forms, reports, correspondence, pay applications, construction records • Coordinates projects and work activities with other consultant, contractors, and others as needed • Conducts final walk-thru to verify the acceptability of the project and makes recommendation to Architect for project final acceptance • Authorizes minor field variation from construction plans and specifications and makes recommendation to the Architect for probable or desirable major changes
