As President of Overhill Farms, the co-pack and private label manufacturing division of Bellisio Foods, charged with returning the division to strong topline and EBITDA growth. Held full P&L responsibility with specific focus on profitability and supply chain integration with the Bellisio organization. Improved topline sales by 5% while doubling EBITDA over a two year period, improving the EBITDA % from 4.2% to 8.1%. Was part of the successful sale of Bellisio Foods to the strategic at the end of 2019.

Tasked, at this PE owned company of improving the operational performance of the organization with responsibility for all Supply Chain functions of the entire organization, including operations, purchasing, quality and regulatory affairs, transportation and warehousing. Created a corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs organization to manage quality across all plants and all suppliers. Decomplexified the manufacturing responsibilities that resulted in a 5% reduction in production case costs. Initiated a companywide cross functional cost savings initiative that delivered $15MM in annualized input cost savings. Successfully sold the company to a Strategic at the end of 2016
