Led a team of security professionals that administered 3,000+ video cameras and network hardware switches at the City of Chicago's O’Hare International and Midway Airports. Developed and implemented long-term video security strategy for Category X International Airports to include hardware life cycles, application support, technology upgrades, and information security, utilizing both NAS and SAN storage architecture, including EMC VNX to store over 1.2 petabytes of data. Ensured service level agreements and 24/7/365 support was achieved for the Department of Aviation and 2 major airlines. Integrated live video and mapping applications and managed all geographic data to support the computer aided dispatch (CAD) system at the City of Chicago's O’Hare International Airport Communications Center. Optimized business processes to update and push mapping data to the CAD system. Assisted in the implementation and maintenance of video system network components.

Provided Geographic Informations Systems (GIS) solutions and IT support, advanced geographic analysis, and custom tool creation for staff members working at 18 small and medium municipal government client sites. Developed and managed project plans, client GIS software licensing, and documented standards and policies to ensure effective risk management and compliance. Collaborated with internal development team to plan, design, test, and implement web mapping applications to optimize customer support and service delivery.

Delivered on-site GIS/IT technical consulting and project management for municipal government clients to enhance their GIS programs. Improved process automation using an assortment of tools, including Python, Modelbuilder, and batch files. Trained clients in the use of ArcGIS products including ArcGIS for Desktop and advanced ArcGIS Server applications.
