My disputes portfolio includes advising and acting for clients in cross-border contractual, corporate (including JV and shareholders), restructuring/insolvency, and contentious trust disputes. I act as counsel in various forums, including Singapore courts and arbitrations under various arbitral rules, including SIAC and ICC Rules. I often act as Singapore counsel for arbitration-related court proceedings, including setting aside and enforcement (including freezing injunctions).I spent a stint with a “magic circle” barristers’ chambers in London as part of the Christopher Bathurst Prize, which I won.
