Plan, Coordinate and Execute IO for CJCS directed Combatant Command Exercise (Middle East)2012 July – 2012 December - Deputy Chief of Computer Network Operations (CNO), CENTCOM (CC) J3-Information Operations (IO), Tampa, FL. Responsible for the integration of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) into all CENTCOM IO planning and mission execution. Provide delivery of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) messaging, through conventional and Special Technical Operations (STO) means. Enable Military Deception (MILDEC), Operational Security (OPSEC) and Communication Integration (Strategic Communication) planning and mission execution. 2011 July – 2012 June - Lead Information Operations Planner for the Levant/Arabian Peninsula Section, Plans and Operations Branch, CCJ3-IO, Tampa, FL. Responsible for planning military IO for the USCENTCOM geographic area of responsibility (includes the sovereign countries of the Arabian Peninsula and the Levant region). Developed, coordinated, and assessed IO products designed to inform, persuade and influence programs across the full spectrum of military IO. Provided direct analytical support, planning and subject matter expertise to shape USCENTCOM efforts in collaboration with other U.S. governmental agencies. Integrated military IO into deliberate and crisis action plans as well as joint operations for the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

2008 August – 2009 November – Deputy G7 (IO) TASK FORCE FALCON, Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Coordinated and supervised all aspects of operations within the G7 staff section, to include planning, orders production, crisis action team planning, Key Leader Engagement (KLE), PSYOP, the production of the IO portion of the staff integrated response for targets outside of the normal Effects Tasking Order (ETO) process. Coordinated IO with all staff sections, with emphasis on the G2, G3, G5, G9, PMO, PAO, PSYOP, CJA and Chaplain.

Recruited, trained and deployed Field Support Teams to OEF and OIF. Conducted mission analysis, planning and all preparations, for the completion of assigned missions.

2004 June – 2006 February – IO Planner, National Guard Bureau, Arlington, VA. Integrated Army National Guard (ARNG) IO with the Department of Army. Conducted planning, coordination and resourcing of IO requirements into the execution of all exercises and OCONUS operations. Provided support to commanders at all echelons, strategic through tactical, in the employment of IO. Coordinate ARNG IO activities with the DA Staff, 1st IO Command, USSTRATCOM, and the Joint IO Center.
