I am working on a contract held by Community Mediation to serve as organizer in the West River and the Hill North neighborhoods. Goal is to develop neighborhood leaders for civic engagement and to build a relational culture in the neighborhoods.This is continuation of the work in my last position. Contract was picked up by a different agency than before.

The Community Leadership Program is a year-long program offering readings, monthly group meetings, workshops and two weekends away. It is offered free of charge to a group of nonprofit leaders (executive directors, board members, government leaders and others) chosen based on an application process, with preference given to those working the New Haven, Connecticut, community.

Serve as president of the Board of Directors. WRNSC is a neighborhood group working on general neighborhood management but focused primarily on Affirmative Economic Development for our residents and those in the region like us.

Lead organizer in Chatham Square section of Fair Haven and West River neighborhoods. Working with leaders in building community. Using Relational Culture model of organizing following the Healthy Neighborhood Framework.

Organize residents to help them come together and build community within properties and with the wider neighborhood.

Provide oversight and support for regional Systems and Operations Coordinators. Support technology upgrade designs and manage implementation in field offices. Design processes and management information systems.

Produced African American entertainment television show "What's the 411." Developed program ideas and supervised segment producers. Work with editors in production of hour long weekly show.

Work with producers of all original programming to develop concepts and ideas into full television shows. Supervise productions including hiring crews, actors, etc. to ensure a successful program.
