As the process owner on an Agile team I implemented a new store operations support tool on the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system. All 1,800+ Target stores used this tool to raise concerns and ask questions about HQ-driven projects. Managed trucking operations for a Target distribution center. Led a team of 5 Target dispatchers and technicians responsible for outbound transportation to 47 Target Stores in the Upper Midwest. Managed numerous contracted personnel providing trucking, trailer repair, and general facility maintenance services. Oversaw the delivery of over 15,000 loaded.

Led a team of 25 warehouse workers on the outbound shipping dock. Set and managed daily production goals. Ensured individual and team productivity standards were met in safely building quality loads on trailers bound for Target stores.
