Kevin founded HR Solutions in 2002 and since its inception he has built on his reputation for being a discreet and bespoke provider of key executives to clients and providing support and guidance to qualified professionals who are moving employer and progressing their careers.HR Advisor and support to businesses of all shapes and sizes is also a strength and Kevin is supported by two associates, experienced at Director level, who cover the analytics of salary and benefits surveys and the documented regulatory aspects of global and international business.Following an early career in trade finance and treasury, Kevin moved into HR whilst working for the London based Holding Company for the HSBC Group and has experience of HR both operationally, strategically, domestically and internationally. He was part of the employee relations team that was involved in the merger between Midland Bank and Hong Kong Bank in the early 90’s.Prior to moving to Jersey Kevin held several technical and operational roles in London including the development and management of the expatriate programme for the HSBC Group and its subsidiaries worldwide; covering 76 countries. Kevin was seconded to Jersey in 1998 and after 3 years on secondment from the London office decided to remain on the island and he briefly worked for a local consultancy before starting his own business.Kevin was recently a Master Trainer for a consultancy based in HK providing over a 20-week period Values Based Leadership (VBL) training to the client’s Senior Executive Management in AsiaPac.One of Kevin’s previous interests outside work is Rotary, where he is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Jersey. The Rotary ethos of “service above self” is behind a range of diverse charitable initiatives in the local community.
