After being entrusted with staffing the new building of the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry at PDAG as HR Project Manager, I now get to take a further step. As Head of Employer Branding & Sourcing, my sphere of influence is expanding to all clinics and departments at PDAG. In doing so, I am active both strategically and operationally, which opens up a large field of further development opportunities for me. My responsibilities in that role range from planning, designing and executing marketing campaigns, proactively reaching out to candidates through a variety of channels, to clarifying potential collaborations with external stakeholders. Additionally, visits to career fairs as well as internal branding are part of my duties.

With more than 1'500 employees, the PDAG are responsible for the high-quality medical treatment of people with mental disorders in the Swiss canton of Aargau.As an educational hospital of the medical faculty of the University of Zürich, the PDAG contributes to the fostering of future talents in the healthcare sector.In order to further enhance the high-quality treatment, the clinic for forensic psychiatry hast been extended from 3 to 6 stations. To accomplish this, new qualified staff needed to be recruited to ensure a seamless transition at the opening in November 2021.In my role as HR Project lead, I was responsible for the recruitment of the new staff. My tasks were as follows:♦ Full responsibility of employer branding actions in order to strengthen the influence of the PDAG as an attractive employer in the healthcare sector♦ Establishing and implementing a concept for the company's presence on Linkedin and implementing a strategy for other social media channels such as Instagram♦ Responsible for the whole recruitment process of the new staff, ensuring a great candidate experience♦ Increasing the visibility of the online presence of the PDAG by revising the career website and creating search engine optimized job ads.

Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, as one of the local and global top employers by translating its top employer role into marketing as well as communications strategies and programmes.My main duties and responsibilities were as follows:♦ Coordination and management of company websites, like career and social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+♦ Set up and conduct digital marketing campaigns♦ Responsibility for the content development and operative end-to-end management of different marketing tools, such as blogs, videos and printed materials, and the monitoring of Roche's kununu company presence, including reviewing incoming reviews and questions, and preparing Roche's replies to these.♦ Support of the organisation and execution of the monthly Roche Welcome Day for new employees, including giving short presentations on the day itself.
