As Head of Employer Branding & Sourcing, my sphere of influence is expanding to all clinics and departments at PDAG.     With more than 1'500 employees, the PDAG are responsible for the high-quality medical treatment of people with mental disorders in the Swiss canton of Aargau.As an educational hospital of the medical faculty of the University of Zürich, the PDAG contributes to the fostering of future talents in the healthcare sector.In order to further enhance the high-quality treatment, the clinic for forensic psychiatry hast been extended from 3 to 6 stations. To accomplish this, new qualified staff needed to be recruited to ensure a seamless transition at the opening in November 2021.In my role as HR Project lead, I was responsible for the recruitment of the new staff. My tasks were as follows:♦ Full responsibility of employer branding actions in order to strengthen the influence of the PDAG as an attractive employer in the healthcare sector♦ Establishing and implementing a concept for the company's presence on Linkedin and implementing a strategy for other social media channels such as Instagram♦ Responsible for the whole recruitment process of the new staff, ensuring a great candidate experience♦ Increasing the visibility of the online presence of the PDAG by revising the career website and creating search engine optimized job ads.
