The Donaldson-KHS Impact Capital business plan will enable us to enrich acquired multifamily properties and the lives of our residents through socially responsible management and impactful community programming; improve property operations through increased resident acquisition and retention, collections, and efficiencies; and deliver positive financial outcomes / value proposition to our impact investment partners. With Donaldson Management we will also continue to advance decarbonization at acquired properties through their industry leading expertise in complex central plant utility conversions, water savings, and other energy saving programs.
