- Supervising and Co-coordinating the work activities of sales team members- Prepare weekly work schedule according to store requirement and assign duties to team members- Assist in the recruitment, retention, training & development of high performing and diverse teams- Establish weekly sales objectives for all team members and ensuring objectives are maximized and achieved- Ensures Sales Team members follow company and store policies, procedures and standards- Adhere to and enforcing loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies- Prepare weekly sales report and analysis sales volume- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales- Manage inventory stock levels, analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate stock replenishment and share learning’s with the team

- Handling NVOCC and International Freight Forwarding Operations.- Generating new sales leads & increasing the company’s client base by soliciting accounts through various marketing means.- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.

-Identifying, developing and evaluating a company's or organization's marketing & Operations strategy, based on knowledge of its objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.- Handling export-import NVOCC Business to Gulf, Indian Subcontinent & Far East.

- Responsible for Operation in Gulf, Red Sea and Far East, Export-Import Trade for Mumbai Location.- Responsible to plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities in accordance to company’s Plan and thrust.- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual accountsupport.- Monitor and report on NVOCC activities and provide relevant management information.- Carry out Market research, competitor and customer surveys- Responsible for taking care of defined portfolio of potential customers and win them for a lasting business relationship.
