• Led the dispute resolution of 4 major categories including the coordination with legal, finance, and government relations that yielded over $35M in a one-time payment and $6.5M/yr in savings going forward.
• Part of the team responsible for increasing 2014H1 EBITA by 86.2% year over year.

• Part of a pilot program that worked with customers to identify and implement energy conservation measures through Efficiency Made Easy - a unique bundled commodity and energy efficiency solution.
• Developed and expanded business for Constellation by working with customers to help identify, develop, fund and complete energy conservation measures within their existing facilities.
• Developed energy strategies for customers that combined electric and natural gas purchasing with permanent and temporary reductions to minimize energy cost.
• Top Efficiency Made Easy salesperson in 2012 and 2013 bringing in over $15M in revenue in 2013; an overall increase of 400% year over year.

Managed a team in the research and development, process and controls design, building design and construction, staffing, and operations of a $35M biomass to energy facility built to reduce nutrient pollution of the Chesapeake Bay by over 1 million pounds annually.Managed the operations and engineering upgrades to a 35+ year old Central Utility Plant.

Assistant Engineer Officer - Led a forty person cross functional team in the operation, maintenance, training, and quality assurance on board a $2 billion nuclear powered submarine. - Trained Engineering Department to respond to nuclear plant casualties via evaluated engineering drills and classroom training. - Officer of the Deck and Commanding Officer.
