Lead for Retail & Consumer management consulting team in Northern California, with responsibility for a handful of major client accounts.Joined PwC in 2011 as part of the acquisition of PRTM Management Consultants.

Rose from entry-level consultant to partner, actively delivering and leading more than 20 major client transformation engagements over the course of 12 years, in addition to dozens of smaller projects. Served as part of the global leadership team for PRTM's Product and Cycle-Time Excellence (PACE) practice and drove thought leadership that led to new product and service innovation capability improvements at dozens of clients. Sample projects include: * Reinvention of new product development and R&D portfolio management practices at a $6B consumer products company, leading to a 2X increase in annual growth from new product launches within two years; client has seen sustained benefits 10 years later * Redesign and change management of the cross-functional design-to-manufacturing process for a marquee sporting goods and footwear brand, focused specifically on improved collaboration between US-based marketing & design teams and China-based supply chain teams and manufacturers; project reduced time-to-market by ~20% and practically eliminated delays in new seasonal product line launches * Evolution of operating model for a multi-billion dollar software company to enable movement to open source development and cloud services enablement * Selection and implementation of a PLM system for a global leader in the semiconductor industry, enabling faster new platform development and improved collaboration across globally dispersed R&D teams

Drove component and systems-level design for liquid apogee engines, orbit maintenance thrusters, and propellant management systems on multiple commercial telecommunications and scientific satellite programs, including the A2100 satellite platform. Served as program manager for multiple multi-million dollar sub-contracted development programs of spacecraft thrusters from TRW and other vendors. Supported launch operations at spacecraft launch facility in central China.

Held four positions over a 2-year rotational period on GE's highly selective technical leadership training program. Rotational assignments were all based in the commercial satellite business and included roles in Mechanical Design, International Marketing and Business Development, Quality Assurance, and Propulsion Systems Design. Completed GE training curriculum at Crotonville. Received the Edison Engineering Award for Outstanding Achievement.
