Kevin works across all Business Groups Globally to drive excellence and the continued evolution of Avanade’s solutioning. Harnessing AI along with other assets and tools, while driving greater value for our clients directly and through alignment and partnership with Accenture and Microsoft.

In this newly created role, Kevin’s remit is to progress and align Avanade’s solutioning with our Ambition 2025 goals and AMBG, Globally. “We are the designers of how, the what, achieves the why of our clients”

Kevin Kelley served as the Southwest GM, Executive Responsible for the full P&L, people and results of the Southwest Region of Avanade. When Kevin stepped into this role, and the new Southwest Region was created, it began as a $124mil Region that had experienced 7 quarters of decline. After 3 years of Kevin’s leadership with the team he built, the Region tracked to $209mil in Revenue, $269mil in Sales with over 400 onshore consultants. Having added more than 20 new major clients and expanded in some core clients by more than 300%, the Region was consistently one of the highest Sales attainment regions globally, one of the highest growth regions globally, while month over month typically landing within 5% of forecasts.

After returning from Singapore and the largest successful project recovery Globally at the time. Kevin was asked to step into the role of leading overall Delivery for North America. Kevin set about creating a new organization to overlay and impact all delivery of all projects in North America. When Kevin started this, North America was producing poor results on a number of key targets, including delivery margin vs sold margin, and percentage of revenue spent on delivery recovery. Kevin fundamentally shifted the way that Delivery was managed across the Area. These changes resulted in North America achieving results that had never been achieved before and is uncharacteristic of most Consulting organizations, delivering at a higher margin than the work was originally sold at. This directly added more than $2mil annually directly to the bottom line of the business and did so for 3+ years. This organization Kevin led was 130+ Delivery Management people delivering 600+ projects, 2,000+ contracts and delivering annually on a $1.2bil rev portfolio. The North America Delivery organization that Kevin built was used as the reference for ALL areas in Avanade to model their organizations after.

Kevin had direct responsibility for all of the Solution Developers (100+) in the South Region. Kevin built the .NET practice up from only 22 developers working on .NET projects in the South to 120+. Kevin's practice also brought in 75%+ of the $21mil in revenue generated in the South Region finishing the fiscal year with 85% chargeability. His practice also led .NET practices across the US in Chargeability, Intellectual Asset submissions, Training and MCSD.NET certifications.
