Staples: Sr Manager IT: I led 4 teams totaling 27 personnel CICD team: Using Jenkins created Continuous Integration system and then transformed it to a Continuous Deploy system for Staples. ServiceNow team: Led the team that supported 50,000 users for Staples as well as enhanced the product. This was a standard implementation of ServiceNow with several modifications.Dev Environments team: Led the team that supported all Dev and QA environments for Staples, consisting of 20 environments and over 100 machines.Desktop Support team: For one year lead this team while doing my other duties.Ruelala: I took a team doing builds and manual installs and created an automated system doing builds and releases to the web site using Ansible.Warner Brothers Games: I transformed Release Engineering from handling only builds into a full Development Operations team. Specifically, in addition to handling builds and continuous integration, we created an automated system that allowed Project Managers to use a web interface to deploy builds directly to Production or to a QA environment with automated tests. Also guided the QA tools engineers in how to properly interface with the main automation system. We also took over managing over 100 servers that made up the Build and QA environments.
